Experience deep relaxation with a personalized 30-minute meditation, crafted just for you. Designed to match your needs, this guided session helps you find calm, focus, and balance. Delivered as an audio recording, you can listen anytime, anywhere—whenever you need a moment of peace.

Sleep Treatment
The sleep package is designed to support deep relaxation and improve sleep patterns. I will send Reiki to you every evening from Monday through to Friday for 30min at a time. Just as you relax in bed you can feel the benefit of reiki before sleep, helping to stay rested all night long. Children in particular respond well to this treatment, often experiencing lasting effects. A gentle yet powerful way to nurture better sleep and overall wellness.
